About Abra

Well Hello!
I’m so glad you are here.

A bit about me:

I decided to make a change and realize my best life while standing in the aisle of a grocery on 9th avenue in NYC 17 years ago.  I knew I needed to shift from an unhealthy relationship with food to a nourishing rewarding one.

There began my journey.

I now hold a Masters Degree in nutrition and functional medicine and I am the proud CEO of four thriving nutrition businesses; a private nutrition practice, a corporate wellness company, a supervision school for budding nutritionists, and a food and wellness website. I counsel, speak, educate, write, and create content all in the name of nourishing nutrition

The common thread
that unites all of my endeavors:

I believe that healing your relationship with food is an extraordinary gift.

I believe embracing nutrition from a place of compassion is a profound process full of substantive reward.

A few fun facts
about me:

I will always eat the pickle off of your plate.

I’ve hiked 400 miles across Spain (100 more to go… um, when can we travel again?).

My pup, Penelope Pancake, is the most perfect creature in the world.

One day I will have a farm house in the country with goats and chickens and maybe even an Alpaca.

I think health food stores smell incredible.

I entered the wellness world in 2005,
here is how it all got started:
